THE QUEST FOR PORCELAIN Basics in identifying porcelain
CARING FOR YOUR CERAMICS AND GLASS Suitable glue may be used to repair cracked ceramic pieces. Chips may be filled and coloured to match but try not to overpaint. Pottery, porcelain and glass should be occasionally cleaned with warm soapy water, be sure to rinse them well and left to air-dry. Decanters should be stored with the stoppers off to ensure you don't damage the original gilding or enamel.
